Spa Rules and Regulations
- The spa is available for exclusive use of registered occupants of the property.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the spa.
- The spa is open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
- Please observe these times to avoid any disturbance to other residents or neighbors.
- Each user uses the spa at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses related to the use of the spa.
- Be sure to follow all safety instructions provided for use of the spa.
- Before each use, please shower to remove chemicals, oils and body dirt. (Failure to comply will automatically result in additional charges.)
- Users are obliged to comply with the spa’s hygiene and cleanliness rules.
- Do not use the spa with beauty products, oils or any other product that could damage the spa.
- Please respect the calm and avoid making excessive noise around the spa, especially in the evening and early morning.
- An additional $50 cleaning fee may be charged if the spa requires special cleaning after use.
