High season from June to September:
$299 / night on weekdays

In order to validate your reservation, the total amount of the reservation will be debited from your credit card.

Pet deposit:
A $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Deposit for cleaning:
An additional $100 will be required for cleaning.

• Minimum stay on weekdays: 1 night
• Minimum length of stay on weekends:
  2 nights (weekend = Friday and Saturday)

For extended stays, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

FULL REFUND:
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the customer will receive a full refund of the total amount paid.

NO REFUND:
No refund will be agreed for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 people per dome. This includes adults and children. Day visitors must be approved in advance.
• However, children under 3 years of age are not included in the calculation and can sleep in a cot.
• On request, a cot can be provided (Fees apply)
• Each dome is equipped with 2 queen beds
• An amount of $50 will be required in case of presence of dog

• Check-in time is from 4 pm.
• Check-out time is before 11am.
• Earlier arrival or late departure may be considered upon request and subject to availability. (Fees apply)
• Keys: The keys will be inside a box hung on the balcony ramp. The code will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.

• Respect for neighbours is paramount. Excessive noise is strictly prohibited after 10 pm to preserve the tranquility of the community.
• No parties are allowed on the site.

• Pets are allowed only in the dome The Mountaineer designated as “pet friendly”. (Additional charge applies).
• Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our domes. Designated areas outside are available for smokers.
• Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval from management.

We appreciate your choice to stay with us and expect our guests to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout their stay. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including expulsion without reimbursement. We want to provide all our customers with a pleasant, enjoyable and safe experience.

• Tenants are required to maintain the property in good condition and report any problems to our team as soon as they arise.
• Any damage, breakage or loss must be reported immediately
• The cleaning is supported by Kassiiva management at the end of your stay at a cost of $100.
• However, we ask that you complete these tasks before leaving the premises :
• Please wash and store your dishes.
• Collect your waste and place it in the appropriate garbage.

Before each use, please shower to remove chemicals, oils and body dirt. (Failure to comply with this directive will automatically result in additional fees.)

To report problems or failures, contact our management team by phone or email with a detailed description of the problem. We will respond quickly to resolve issues and ensure your comfort during your stay.

Our spa is available to you, but it’s important to follow these rules :
Age limit :
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision.

• Before each use, please shower to remove chemicals, oils, and body dirt.
• Always close the cover and fasteners to keep the heat and ensure the safety of the premises.
• Close jets after use
• Do not bring any food and use plastic glasses when you want to bring a drink.
• Do not set the temperature higher than 104 degrees

• Please do not leave anything near the fireplace while it is being used.
• Instructions for lighting the fireplace are available in the welcome book in your dome.
• Each fireplace is equipped with a timer that limits the operating time to a maximum of 30 minutes. You have the option to restart the timer as needed. This feature is intended to prevent any fire hazard from prolonged use.
• It is strictly forbidden to move the fireplace due to fire hazards.

To ensure the safety of all, please follow these rules :

1. Permitted for use only for leisure and light cooking.
2. Wood and paper only. NO other materials are allowed to be burned in the fireplace.
3. Constant monitoring until complete extinction.
4. Avoid use in windy weather.
5. Extinguish with water after use.
6. Follow local regulations.

 

Fire extinguishers are located inside the left cabinet. Smoke detectors are installed in each dome. In the event of a fire, quickly exit and direct you to the main building.
